I bought a house in Rockwall and the water drainage between my house and my neighbors house was flooded with even a light rain. Pro Grade Services came in and revamped the gutter system and installed drains. Even during the torrential rains we had recently the problem is almost 100% taken care of! I had a GREAT experience with this company and Reed is an awesome guy. They went over and above and didn’t bat an eye with some things I added to the initial talk. All the staff very friendly and are a pleasure to work with. Most of all the quality of the work, exceptional !!! I will continue to use Pro Grade Services for any future needs. Pro Grade Came out and did some excavation work for me, they were very punctual and did a great job. I would highly recommend using these guys for any work you need done. 5 STAR Company

I had drainage issues. I had standing water and muddy issues after a rain. The plastic piping that waters the foundation was fully exposed and when it came on to water the foundation the water/mud issues returned. This mess was on the west side of my house where nothing grew due to lack of sunlight. It was an eyesore as well. I found Pro Grade Services by accident on Facebook and called them. Reed came out, assessed the situation and had a remedy. He came back in a couple of days, spent two days on my project and boom. No more problems. Not only did he fix my problem he made it look great too. He is a very pleasurable young man and a hard worker. He did what he said he was going to do. I hear so many people complain about contractors, their lackluster workmanship or leaving with your money before the work is complete. Reed is a man of his word. He accepted my job on a handshake. I will call Pro Grade in the future if I have any more of these type of problems.

Pro Grade Services deserves commendation for their outstanding work in installing a robust drain system, incorporating several surface drains and seamlessly integrating our gutters. Our side yard, once a constant mud pit due to insufficient drainage, has been transformed. Reed's exceptional service was marked by his knowledge, timeliness, and affable nature.
Reed and Pro Grade Services were very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in returning a fair estimate and showed up to work when he said he would (even early some days)! The drain that he installed is working to specs and Reed was respected with my home and returned the yard as close to untouched as possible.

Pro Grade took care of my yard where a tow truck had backed onto and left a big rut. Very happy with the work-would recommend.
Reed and his crew are awesome, they were the most reasonably priced quote I had, came out and did it ASAP. They extended my patio a few feet, and then laid flagstone over it. It looks awesome! I would highly recommend you use him for any services.
I contacted Pro Grade for a quote on a French drain for my backyard. Reed responded promptly and was at my house the next day to provide an estimate. Thanks to his team’s great work and top-notch customer service, my drainage issues are no longer! Highly recommend Pro Grade Services!! Will be calling them for a quote when I am ready to repair my retaining wall!

Let me say that Pro grade Services did an excellent job in installing my French drain. The five man crew was very well trained and knowledgeable about how to do their work even when the owner was not on site while procuring some of the needed parts. The job was done very professionally and works exactly as designed. I would recommend them for any kind of job needing this kind of knowledge and service. Dan Tartt
