I strongly recommend Pro Grade and Reed’s crew My experience with Pro Grade and working with Reed and his crew was refreshing. Having a project manager on site actually managing expectations and the work environment, and a crew being on time to the work site is a lost art today. Reed was on site and available to answer any questions that either I or my wife may have had. Work performed was complete as scheduled. Price of job was beyond reasonable. I had a drainage system installed, over 7k sqft of sod laid. Very please with the overall project. I would/will use again for different project solely because I know Reed word is good.

Reed did excellent work on a drainage system for our backyard. Before starting, he called in utility locates to make sure everything was safe to dig, and walked us through the design clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. The system ties in both rear downspouts, runs catch basins through the yard, and tunnels under the sidewalk to terminate cleanly at the curb. Communication throughout was straightforward and professional, and the final result looks great. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with backyard drainage or pooling issues.

Reed and his team came out and they were great. Very professional. They installed a drain system and redid my back patio. Would highly recommend them on any project.

Reed came out, evaluated the situation and came up with a plan. Within a week they were digging and installing new underground drain lines to move the water away from the house and into the alleyway. We had heavy rain the last few days that put the new install to a good test. ZERO water pooling in the yard and the areas that had been eroded previously and fixed, weren’t even touched by water. Very happy with the service, communication, and install. Highly recommend this company!

Reed and his crew did two jobs for my home: 1. A flood drain pipe that connected all 8 downspouts between mine and my neighbor's house. 2. A back patio extension and side patio space with 18"x18" pavers and finishing rock. I'm a very particular customer when it comes to house projects and that can be stressful for contractors, but Reed was patient and listened to my requests throughout the process. His guys are nice and work hard. They also take feedback well, as I had to voice multiple adjustments during the back patio project. Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Pro Grade Services did an excellent job for my recent landscaping job. They also helped us create a better design than we had previously chosen. I would highly recommend them.
