Reed and his team came out and they were great. Very professional. They installed a drain system and redid my back patio. Would highly recommend them on any project.

Fantastic experience working with Reed. Had erosion issues and large amounts of water pooling after every rain due to the gutter downspouts. Reed came out, evaluated the situation and came up with a plan. Within a week they were digging and installing new underground drain lines to move the water away from the house and into the alleyway. We had heavy rain the last few days that put the new install to a good test. ZERO water pooling in the yard and the areas that had been eroded previously and fixed, weren’t even touched by water. Very happy with the service, communication, and install. Highly recommend this company!

Reed and his crew did two jobs for my home: 1. A flood drain pipe that connected all 8 downspouts between mine and my neighbor's house. 2. A back patio extension and side patio space with 18"x18" pavers and finishing rock. I'm a very particular customer when it comes to house projects and that can be stressful for contractors, but Reed was patient and listened to my requests throughout the process. His guys are nice and work hard. They also take feedback well, as I had to voice multiple adjustments during the back patio project. Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I highly recommend this company. I had them out to help with the very poor drainage issues in my backyard. Super kind people, honest and fair. They are very communicative throughout the process. The crew arrived on time and finished the job in the amouny of time I was told it would take. They cleaned up the yard and put everything in back into place before leaving. Great company!!

The five man crew was very well trained and knowledgeable about how to do their work even when the owner was not on site while procuring some of the needed parts. Reed and Pro Grade Services were very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in returning a fair estimate and showed up to work when he said he would (even early some days)! The drain that he installed is working to specs and Reed was respected with my home and returned the yard as close to untouched as possible.

I had drainage issues. I had standing water and muddy issues after a rain. The plastic piping that waters the foundation was fully exposed and when it came on to water the foundation the water/mud issues returned. This mess was on the west side of my house where nothing grew due to lack of sunlight. It was an eyesore as well. I found Pro Grade Services by accident on Facebook and called them. Reed came out, assessed the situation and had a remedy. He came back in a couple of days, spent two days on my project and boom. No more problems. Not only did he fix my problem he made it look great too. He is a very pleasurable young man and a hard worker. He did what he said he was going to do. I hear so many people complain about contractors, their lackluster workmanship or leaving with your money before the work is complete. Reed is a man of his word. He accepted my job on a handshake. I will call Pro Grade in the future if I have any more of these type of problems.
