First time working with Pro Grade Services and highly recommend! Reed came out personally to look at the drainage issues around our home, took the time to explain what was causing the problem, and provided a fair, honest estimate. There was never any pressure—just straightforward advice and a clear plan. When his crew arrived, they were on time, professional, and worked incredibly hard. They did an outstanding job fixing our drainage issues, paid attention to the details, and left everything clean when they finished. It's obvious that Reed takes pride in his work and has built a team that does the same. It's not often you find a company that's reliable, communicates well, and truly cares about the quality of the finished product. If you're looking for landscaping or drainage work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro Grade Services. We'll definitely be calling Reed again for future projects!

I highly recommend Reed and the team at Pro Grade Services. I originally found Reed through the Rockwall community group and reached out about drainage work in my yard. He responded promptly, got me on his schedule quickly, and came out the next day to evaluate the problem and provide a quote. I had received three or four quotes for similar work, and his price was significantly more reasonable than the others, even after I added additional rock and drainage work to the project. He was also very honest from the beginning. He explained that adding rock alone might not completely solve the drainage problem, but it would be a good starting point. He also offered to test the existing gravity drain lines and determine whether they were properly installed and functioning. Once the crew began digging, they discovered that the builder had routed part of the drainage system toward the backyard, which was contributing to a major bottleneck and preventing water from draining properly toward the front. The yard also had grading issues. Reed was very flexible and adjusted the scope of work on the spot. He updated the contract, rerouted the drainage system, installed multiple drains, and connected and rerouted the downspouts from the roof. Even with the additional work, I felt the final price was very fair. The crew also had to work around my buried fiber-optic line. Reed was completely upfront about the risk and gave me the option of stopping the work and having the line professionally marked or allowing the crew to continue carefully. I chose to continue, and the team took their time, avoided damaging the line, and completed the drainage installation successfully. Everyone arrived on time, often early, and the crew was polite, friendly, professional, and extremely clean. They cleaned up everything when the work was finished and treated my property with respect. I have already recommended Reed and Pro Grade Services to several neighbors and friends, and I would absolutely use them again for drainage or landscaping work.

Had a great experience with Pro Grade Services. What was a recurring swampy, muddy mess is now a nice dry walkway with an underground gravitational pressure pump. No other power is required besides natural force! It works like a charm & takes the water to the street to drain. It's quite amazing. The owner was responsive and great to work with. The crew was polite and hardworking. They knocked out my project in one, very hot summer day. I could not be more pleased. Thank you to the whole team. Oh, they also demo'd & rebuilt my wooden pool equipment fence the same day. Then they left the wirksite clean. I would greatly recommend this company for your needs.

I would highly recommend Reed and Pro-Grade Services. My yard was experiencing serious drainage problems. Reed and his guys came out and were able to fix the issue. The work was done quickly, professionally and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and courteous. Reed came out and gave us an estimate and a fair price for the work. He kept in touch as the weather changed and then arrived with a full crew who worked all day to spread sand over our 1 acre lawn. We' re looking forward to smoother mowing thanks to their hard work.

Pro Grade Services absolutely knocked it out of the park with our backyard landscaping! The transformation is incredible, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. A special shout-out to Sever! he worked so hard and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire project. My grandma was especially impressed… so much so that she’s already saying she wants to hire Pro Grade Services again just so she can sit on the porch and watch Sever work!
